Parade of Lights & Craft Faire: A Retro Holiday Celebration!

Join us for a festive evening of nostalgia and holiday cheer! The inaugural Craft Faire offers the perfect opportunity for last-minute holiday shopping, while the Retro Holiday Parade of Lights dazzles with floats inspired by classic decades. From the funky '60s to the sparkling '90s, enjoy the creative spirit of the season. Don’t miss this unforgettable celebration of lights, crafts, and holiday fun!

PARTICIPATION

Parade of Lights Participation
Theme: Retro Holiday

"Step Back in Time and Celebrate a Retro Holiday Wonderland!" Pick a decade (50s, 80s, 20s) and decorate your float accordingly!


To participate in the Parade of Lights, follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Application:

1.Online Application: You can apply directly online through the event website. Click Here and fill out the parade application form.

2. Paper Application: If you prefer, you can also submit a paper application. You can download the application form from the website, or pick up a paper copy at the event office. Once filled out, mail or drop off your completed form at the designated address. Download Here.

2. Parade Entry Fee: The fee for participating in the parade is $35.

3. Application Deadline: Be sure to submit your application before Monday, December 4. Late applications will pay an entry fee of $45.

4. Float/Vehicle Information: Provide details on your float, vehicle, or walking group as required. Be sure to follow the guidelines for safety and decoration.

5. Line-Up Information: You will receive instructions regarding line-up details, parade timing, and other important information prior to the Parade Date of Saturday, December 14.


Craft Faire ParticipationTo apply for a booth at the Craft Faire, follow these steps:


  1. Submit Your Application Online:

1.You must apply online to participate in the Craft Faire. Click Here to access the online application form.

2. Choose Your Booth Space:

  1. The application form allows you to select your booth space. You will be able to choose from a variety of available spaces, based on your preferences and availability.

3. Booth Size:

1.Standard booths are 10 feet by 10 feet. If you require more space, you will need to purchase additional booth spaces.

2.To request a larger space, simply select multiple adjacent 10' x 10' spaces during the online application process.

4. Booth Fee:

1.Payment for your booth space(s) will be required at the time of application submission. The cost per booth space will be listed within the booth selection page on the application form.

5. Craft Faire Guidelines:

1.Ensure that your booth setup adheres to the event’s guidelines regarding booth design, products, and safety. Detailed guidelines will be provided after your application is submitted.

6. Application Deadline: Complete your online application before the deadline of Monday, December 4 to ensure your spot at the Craft Faire.


Important Notes for Both Events:


  • Confirmation: After you submit your application (online or paper), you will receive a confirmation email with event details.
  • Requirements: Be sure to review all event guidelines, rules, and regulations to ensure a smooth participation experience.
