SPECIAL NOTICE: Fireworks of any kind including (Safe & Sane) are not allowed inside the Nelson Sports Complex or North Forebay (State Parks).
**Due to the cancellation of the 2024 Fireworks Show due to the Thompson Fire, the funds that were raised will be used for the 2025 Fireworks Show.**

INFORMATION ON VIEWING THE OROVILLE FIREWORKS
From the Nelson Sports Complex the park will open at 4:00pm for fireworks viewing, no fee. Restrooms and vendors on-site. Coolers, picnic baskets, lawn chairs and blankets welcome. No glass, alcohol, pets, parking on dry grass, or open flames please.
From the Thermalito North State Rec. Area & Forebay Aquatic Center
930 Garden Drive, Oroville, CA
Exit Highway 70 at Garden Drive, west into the facility.
An $8.00 per vehicle entrance fee applies. The Forebay Aquatic Center is open for business at 10am, with rentals and access to all facilities. There will be no after dark access to the water ways at the Forebay

Q. Do I have to buy tickets?
There is no admission fee for Nelson Sports Complex. There is fee to enter the State Parks Forebay.
