Celebrate spring along the Feather River at Oroville’s beloved Wildflower & Nature Festival, a free, family-friendly event highlighting the natural resources, wildlife, and handmade products of Butte County.

Held at the scenic Riverbend Park, this annual festival brings the community together for a relaxed day outdoors featuring local vendors, children’s activities, live music, food trucks, and opportunities to experience the Feather River up close. It’s a perfect way to welcome the season and enjoy one of Oroville’s most beautiful parks.

Experience Riverbend Park In Spring

Set along the Feather River, Riverbend Park comes alive in early April with blooming wildflowers, flowing water, and abundant wildlife. During the festival, visitors can enjoy the park’s trails, open spaces, playgrounds, and riverside views while taking part in activities throughout the day.

Guided kayak experiences on the Feather River are typically offered as part of the festival, giving participants a unique perspective of Oroville’s natural landscape. Additional details about river activities are shared by the event host closer to the festival date.
