How To Become A 2026 Event Sponsor

1. Review the Sponsorship Prospectus
Download the 2026 OEA Sponsorship Prospectus to explore events, sponsorship levels, and benefits.

2. Select Your Sponsorship(s)
Choose one or multiple events and the sponsorship level(s) that best fit your business goals.

3. Submit the Sponsorship Commitment Form
Return the completed form by email to officially reserve your sponsorship(s).

4. OEA Confirms & Invoices
OEA will confirm availability, apply any Early Bird discounts, and issue an invoice based on your preferred payment schedule.

Early Bird Sponsorship Discount

Businesses that submit their Sponsorship Commitment Form by January 31, 2026 will receive a 10% Early Bird Discount on their selected sponsorship levels.
